This role will be for the right candidate that has an ambition to embrace working in retail but also very much focused on assisting hospitality and gaining skills in fine dining, Pastry, canapes and events.
Job Description
Your key responsibilities as the Chef de Partie will consist of:
- Provide efficient, quality service while maintaining high standards of customer care and cleanliness in all areas.
- Ensure food preparation, presentation, and service meet company standards, maintaining portion and quality control.
- Handle complaints professionally, follow procedures, and ensure incidents are reported in line with regulations.
- Maintain up-to-date product/menu knowledge, assist in menu planning, and control food stocks within budget.
- Jointly deputise in the absence of Head Chef, supporting kitchen management and ensuring smooth operations.
- Ensure compliance with Food Safety, Health & Safety regulations, and complete required administrative tasks accurately.
Working Pattern: 40 Hours
Skills and Experience
The experience and knowledge we are looking for from our future Chef de Partie include:
- Proven experience of working within a kitchen
- Excellent communication skills & a strong team player
- Outstanding time-keeping skills
Benefits
As part of your package, we are offering £28,000-£30,000 salary, dependant on experience.
