This role sits within our award-winning brand, Caterplus, one of the UK's leading catering services specialising in the care sector.



This is an exciting new role for Anchor, England's largest provider of specialist housing and care for people in later life, offering care homes, retirement villages, and retirement homes.

We are looking for someone who wants to develop within Caterplus.


This position is a UK based position and will involve driving to locations under the Anchor banner.

What you'll be doing...

As a Manager you will proactively manage teams as well as be accountable for overseeing recruiting, inducting, training and supporting colleagues to deliver an efficient, high quality service to Elior UK, our customer and clients.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Engagement with residents, client and operators
  • To support with preparation and delivery of food tasting sessions
  • To liaise with residents and complete food profiles where necessary and assist company nutritionist when required
  • Meet with family members if requested
  • To support with the completion of the seasonal menu for residents four times a year
  • To attend resident engagement and menu meetings
  • To help if required at themed events
  • To liaise with the activity coordinator to ensure newsletters are current and provide the correct information
  • Assisting with the completion of all Audits (inc food safety, health & safety) 
  • To attend monthly operations meetings
  • To prepare data for monthly meetings

 

Working Pattern: 5 days over 7
