What you'll be doing...

Taylor Shaw are looking to recruit a Unit Supervisor to manage our single intake primary school with gorwth potential. 

 

As a Unit Supervisor you will proactively manage teams on site to deliver an efficient, high-quality service for Elior UK to our customer and clients, as well as be accountable for inducting, training, and supporting colleagues.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible to cook a nutritionally balanced meal plan following Elior menus designed in conjunction with the school, using predominately fresh ingredients where possible
  • Motivating and managing a team a small team who will assist in the preperation and delivery of our school meals
  • Controlling and managing a budget
  • Accountable for ensuring ongoing team communications, including building internal and external relationships, management reporting and client liaison to enable operational excellence
  • Responsible for preparing specialised Medical diets for children where appropriate (detailed specific menus are provided)
  • Responsible for product ordering, maintenance of stock levels and being confident of working to agreed budget levels

 

Working Pattern: Monday - Friday, 7:30am - 1:30pm / 8:00am - 2:00pm, term time only

  • A full DBS check will be required 
  • Full trinaing will be provided
