Working Environment

We are currently seeking a skilled and passionate Chef de Partie to join our large brigade. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced culinary environment. 

 

Job Description

Your key responsibilities as the Chef de Partie Chef will consist of:

- Ensure full area of responsibility is clean, appropriately presented and stocked at all times
- Ensure thorough and up to date knowledge and understanding of menu and special offers in order to provide relevant information to customers and clients
- Be responsible for smooth operation of relevant equipment reporting any maintenance issues in line with procedures
- Ensure all complaint handling is dealt with professionally and in line with procedures
- Ensure that COSHH, Food Safety and Health & Safety regulations are adhered to and any incidents are reported in line with procedures
- Ad-hoc duties to support the catering team and services

Skills and Experience

Responsibilities:

- Prepare and cook delicious and high-quality dishes according to the menu

- Assist in creating and developing new recipes

- Maintain a clean and organized work station

- Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth and efficient operations - Adhere to all food safety and hygiene standards

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or line cook

- Culinary diploma or relevant certification

- Strong knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines

- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
